Meet our Team

The Seaworks' management team includes business managers with extensive marine operational and general management experience and senior masters with 35 years plus marine experience. This allows Seaworks to plan and successfully complete major projects on the most competitive terms.

The Seaworks management team is:

	Steve MacIntyre Chief Executive Officer In the marine industry all his working life, Steve joined Seaworks at its inception and has over 35 years marine experience. Steve has a wide range of skills and an in-depth knowledge of the industry.
	Peter Hill Manager/Director Seaworks FZE (Middle East) Peter has been managing Seaworks vessel operations in the Middle East since 1999 and has been the Manager of Seaworks FZE since its inception. Peter is a ships Master with significant offshore experience.
	Malcolm Gilberd: BE (Hons), ME Business Manager Malcolm joined Seaworks in 2000 and is currently Seaworks’ Business Manager. Malcolm has a strong background in management of marine works, submarine cables, contract development and administration.
	Chris Douglas Marine Operations Manager A ships Master and Engineer with 25 years experience. With a proven track record in marine operations management, Chris has an extensive and in depth knowledge of the industry.
	Tim Brown: BE (Hons) Subsea Manager An engineer with 15 years experience in the marine industry. Tim joined Seaworks in 2003 where he has worked in a variety of project management roles prior to becoming Subsea Manager.
	Stephen Baird HSE & QA Manager Joining Seaworks in 2011, Stephen brings 20 years experience in managing externally certified quality and safety management systems for a number of different industries.
	Ken Bedford Cook Strait Cable Zone Patrol Manager A ships Master and Engineer, Ken has been at sea for 35 years. Ken manages the patrols of the Cook Strait Cable Protection Zone (CPZ) and has responsibility for CPZ awareness, education and enforcement of the CPZ regulations.
	Graham Win: NZCE Survey and Project Manager Since 1990 Graham has specialised in offshore surveying, inspection and vessel positioning for oil and gas projects, submarine cable operations and for the marine construction industry. Prior to this Graham had 15 years experience in civil engineering construction and surveying.
	Bill Day: LLB, BA, MBA Chairman Seaworks’ founder and owner for 30 years, Bill has an extensive background in marine and diving projects.
